Bel Aire

The Bel Aire Neighborhood has quiet, tree-lined, wide residential streets alongside active commercial centers, with easy access to the highway and up-valley locations. It was primarily agricultural fields and orchards before development in the 1950s. It is bounded by Trancas Street on the south and Valencia Street on the north.
